We are a Singapore-based EdTech company with a strong presence across Southeast Asia. Having recently expanded into the Middle East, we are already partnered with 50+ schools across the UAE. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a driven and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our school partnerships and regional expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and business development with schools across the UAE.
- Pitch our EdTech solutions to school leaders, principals, and decision-makers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, educational groups, and partners.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand our footprint in the Middle East.
- Achieve sales targets and provide regular market feedback to the leadership team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the EdTech or education sector.
- Proven track record of successfully pitching and closing deals with schools.
- Strong understanding of the UAE education ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Mandatory: Valid UAE driving license, own car for travel, and current UAE residency.
- Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and able to work independently.

Skills
- Strong network and existing relationships within UAE schools and educational institutions.
- Experience working with international or cross‑cultural teams.
- Familiarity with CBSE, EYFS, IB, or other school curricula.
- Ability to develop and execute regional sales strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.
