Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Aesthetic / Dermatology Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will provide advanced aesthetic treatments, assist in dermatological procedures, and ensure excellent patient care in a professional and welcoming environment. This role involves the use of cutting-edge laser technologies and other aesthetic tools to perform treatments that enhance skin health and appearance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct initial consultations to assess patients' skin concerns and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care to ensure optimal results and safety.
• Address patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Laser and Aesthetic Treatments :

• Perform a variety of laser treatments, including but not limited to :
• Skin resurfacing and rejuvenation
• Pigmentation and vascular treatments
• Acne and scar reduction
• Administer other aesthetic treatments such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, microneedling, and facial

Clinical Assistance :

• Support dermatologists or physicians in medical procedures such as biopsies, excisions, and other skin-related treatments.
• Monitor patients during and after treatments to ensure safety and effectiveness.

Compliance and Safety :

• Maintain knowledge of the latest technologies, products, and techniques in the aesthetics and dermatology field.
• Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, sterilization, and safety protocols in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and consent forms.

Administrative and Team Collaboration :

• Assist with scheduling, patient follow-ups, and treatment recommendations.
• Collaborate with the clinic team to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
• Participate in staff training, workshops, and continuing education programs.

Qualifications and Skills :

Education and Certification :

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid DHA license.

Experience :

• Previous experience in a dermatology clinic, aesthetic spa, or related field.
• Proven track record of performing successful laser and aesthetic treatments.

Skills :

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with patients.
• Attention to detail and ability to customize treatments to individual patient needs.
• Proficiency with medical and aesthetic equipment, including laser platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
• Commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
