Job description
Responsibilities
  • 3 years of experience in account management and sales specifically targeting educational institutions (K‑12 schools, universities and training centers) in the UAE.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand digital assessment and EdTech solutions within the Education market in the UAE.
  • Work closely and coordinate regularly with the Product Development Manager (PDM) to align product offerings with client requirements and market needs.
  • Identify and generate leads from outreach, networking events, industry conferences, referrals and digital communication channels targeted towards the education sector in the UAE.
  • Manage the full sales process including lead generation, qualification, client meetings, presentations, negotiation and contract closure.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines, utilize CRM tools effectively and provide timely sales forecasts.
  • Build and maintain strong long‑term relationships with educational institutions ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide exceptional post‑sales support and account management to address client needs and ensure successful implementation of solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of proven sales/account management experience within the education technology sector.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
  • Strong understanding and existing relationships within the UAE's education community.
  • Experience in promoting or selling digital assessment, learning management systems and EdTech solutions.
  • Proven success record in identifying and closing deals effectively.
  • Documented sales achievements (meeting/exceeding targets consistently).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
