Job Overview
The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across the company’s range of fuel management solutions, including mobile fuel stations, skids, fuel automation IT systems, tankers, and associated equipment. The ideal candidate must possess strong technical sales expertise and an existing network in the UAE industrial and energy sectors, along with a hands‑on, target‑driven attitude to deliver measurable results immediately upon joining.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the fuel systems automation and oil & gas equipment market across UAE and GCC.
- Target and secure projects with key entities such as ADNOC, ENOC, EMARAT, DAMAC, Al Futtaim, Emaar, Nakheel, Dubai Municipality, RTA, Transco, DEWA, and EPC contractors.
- Promote and sell Meta Green’s range of mobile fuel stations, fuel skids, tankers, and fuel management systems.
- Develop competitive sales proposals, technical‑commercial offers, and tender submissions in coordination with the engineering team.
- Maintain regular follow‑ups with clients, consultants, and contractors to track ongoing projects and upcoming tenders.
- Conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis to enhance product positioning and pricing strategy.
- Represent the company at trade exhibitions, conferences, and networking events to generate qualified leads.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with suppliers and solution partners.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth of the company.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business / Marketing or Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering (with technical sales background).
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience in fuel systems, tankers, industrial skids or fuel automation/IT systems in the UAE or GCC.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales, project‑based selling, and industrial client engagement.
- Existing network with EPC contractors, oil & gas clients, and fuel system integrators is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self‑driven, aggressive, and results‑oriented approach to achieve and exceed targets.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
