Job summary

A financial services company in Dubai is seeking a motivated sales representative to handle outbound calls to customers, identify needs, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate has a strong communication skill set, is persuasive, and can effectively manage customer interactions. Experience in a telesales or call center environment is preferred, along with basic CRM familiarity.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Present, promote, and explain products or services clearly and effectively.
  • Identify customer needs and match them with the right solutions.
  • Overcome objections and negotiate to close sales.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Follow call scripts and comply with call center policies.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide professional customer service.
  • Upsell or cross-sell additional products when appropriate.
  • Report feedback, issues, and trends to the sales manager.
