JOB PURPOSE

Work / Develop an assigned territory to achieve sales objectives / targets through the traditional trade customers.

1. Sell snacks products to meet given volume / Value targets.
2. Follow steps of the call and build good relationship with customers by providing on time / Excellent service.
3. Follow journey plan, service all customers, and do merchandising by applying FIFO method to avoid / reduce any expiry / damages in the outlet.
4. Retain old / existing customers & identify / sell to new outlets and add to the existing customer base.
5. Follow daily procedures & administration steps to have smooth sales operation.
6. Provide feedback about his territory customers, competitive activity and product performance to assist in the development of marketing plans.
7. Follow up on invoices and statements to ensure customers pay the appropriate amount on time.
8. Takes responsibility of company assets (Vehicle, HHT, Printer, Racks etc) to avoid any damages.
9. Develop the outlets & place racks in prime locations and sell full range of products by implementing the Plano gram.
10. Operate efficiently.
11. Respect peers, be a team player and promote succeed together attitude.

Customer service skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic. Analytical skills.
