A luxury fashion brand in Dubai is seeking a Team Manager to lead Client Advisors and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include fostering a client-centric culture, enhancing team performance, and ensuring exceptional client experiences. Ideal candidates have over 3 years of management experience in luxury retail and a deep understanding of luxury products. The role offers a dynamic work environment focused on development and inclusivity.

YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT
As Team Manager, you will report directly to the Deputy Store Director and/or the Store Director. You will lead and support your team of Client Advisors, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and fostering a culture of excellence in client experience and service. You will effectively communicate the Maison’s goals, vision, and strategies, motivating your team through exemplary leadership and a deep understanding of CELINE’s heritage. In collaboration with the Deputy Store Director and other departments, you will proactively seek opportunities to drive sales, enhance client relationships, and optimize team performance. You will also play a key role in the development and management of your team, embodying the Maison’s culture and values at every step.
Maintain adherence to internal policies, legal regulations, and industry standards. Foster a safe and secure environment for both clients and staff, ensuring that all safety protocols are rigorously followed.
KEY FOR SUCCESS
Experience: Retail experience required +3 years of experience in management within luxury/fashion business
Competencies: Proven leadership experience in managing and motivating high-performing teams. Ability to craft exceptional client experiences and build enduring relationships through advanced clienteling techniques. Strong analytical abilities to assess KPIs, drive strategic decisions, and identify growth opportunities. Excellence in communicating effectively with team members, clients, and leadership, ensuring clear information sharing and collaboration. Passion for fashion and a deep understanding of CELINE's products, heritage, and brand identity. Client-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences and building lasting relationships. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Adaptability and flexibility to meet the demands of a dynamic retail environment. Languages: English, proficiency of other language(s) will be an advantage.
