Location: Dubai

Reports To: Manager Strategic Customer Engagement

We are looking for a talented professional with strong communication skills, a deep understanding of brand strategy, and expertise in content creation. The ideal candidate will craft compelling narratives, maintain consistent brand messaging that engages and resonates with our target audience across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement content strategies that reinforce the brand voice and engage audiences.
  • Write, edit, and produce content for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to create integrated campaigns that align with brand strategy.
  • Ensure all content reflects the brand’s tone, style, and values consistently.
  • Experience in developing Go-to-Market strategies, including customer communications, battle cards, job aids, and video content.
  • Support internal and external communications, including newsletters, presentations, and customer communications.
  • Drive the strategy and management of advertising and paid media initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives and business goals.
  • Track content performance metrics and suggest improvements for engagement and reach.
  • Provide excellent stakeholder interaction and communication skills, with the ability to influence, align, and collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams and regional markets.

  • Ability to craft creative, clear, and persuasive messaging.

  • Industry Preference: Logistics.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an added advantage.
