Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in scaling operations, managing cross-functional teams, and leading multi-million-dollar projects.
• Deep knowledge of market dynamics, regulatory environments, and emerging technologies in energy and sustainability.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with P&L management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Engineering or technical background preferred; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a strong plus.
