Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end consulting engagements from assessment through implementation
• Conduct strategic analysis, market assessments, operating model reviews, and process optimization
• Advise senior leadership on business transformation, performance improvement, and organizational change
• Develop and present insights, recommendations, and business cases to executive stakeholders
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder alignment sessions, and decision‑making forums
• Oversee project teams, coach junior consultants, and ensure delivery excellence
• Support change management and implementation planning to ensure sustainable outcomes
• Contribute to internal capability building, thought leadership, and practice development
• Identify business development opportunities and support proposal development as needed

Qualifications

• 8+ years of management consulting experience within a top‑tier or recognized consulting environment
• Broad generalist expertise across areas such as:
