Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive, passionate senior manager to lead our marketing team at a car dealership in the Middle East market. This position is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
As the top leader driving our business expansion, you will achieve business goals through marketing operations, the development and management of distributor channels, and the implementation of strategic marketing initiatives in the Middle East market.
This position requires a strategic and proactive professional with an in-depth understanding of the local automotive industry and a commitment to contributing to the success of a leading global new energy vehicle technology company.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Achieve the commercial goals in the Middle East, drive sales growth of major car models, and take responsibility for local sales performance.
- Lead and supervise the execution of commercial policies to deliver excellent customer experiences across all channels.
- Manage business growth from an omnichannel perspective with a B2B2C mindset.
- Always keep the end customer in mind — understand their needs and collaborate with selected partners to exceed their expectations.
- Establish a high-quality network of partners and distributors to achieve the Middle East region’s business goals.
- Lead the Middle East regional marketing business, including but not limited to advertising placement and marketing initiatives.
- Serve as the company’s brand spokesperson in industry events and key media engagements.
- Recruit, guide, and motivate the team, cultivate talents, and proactively lead performance improvement plans.
- Provide internal stakeholders with relevant market insights, customer feedback, and channel updates.

Key Qualifications & Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills at all levels, including international stakeholders.
- Positive attitude, integrity-driven, and passionate, with no non-compliance records throughout their career.
- A minimum of 15 years’ experience in the automotive industry, with at least 5 years serving as a Deputy General Manager or higher at prominent dealers in the Middle East region.
- Unique insights into the Middle East automotive market, along with expertise in designing innovative marketing activities that resonate with local consumers.
