We are hiring a GM-Operations & Growth for our client, a specialized and well-established supply chain partner in Abu Dhabi, serving major entities including ADNOC, Military Forces, and Abu Dhabi Nuclear. They represent international manufacturers (USA, Spain, India, etc.) and supply critical oil & gas equipment like fittings for Oil and Gas Pipes and Chemical Catalysts.

The company operates with a lean team and advanced automation, ensuring efficient and streamlined operations.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who will act as the company's second-in-command.

The mandate is clear: drive growth, expand market reach, and oversee all core operations.

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Reporting to: Managing Director

Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
1. Business Growth (Top Priority)
  • Expand presence with ADNOC, EPCs, and industrial clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and onboard international manufacturers.
  • Build and refine the sales strategy with clear targets and focus areas.
  • Strengthen market positioning to secure larger contracts.
2. Operational Leadership
  • Oversee Finance, HR, Logistics, Procurement, IT, and Admin functions.
  • Manage P&L, cash flow, payments, and overall profitability.
  • Resolve operational challenges and ensure smooth, efficient execution.
3. Systems, Processes & Compliance
  • Drive optimal use of Odoo ERP and automation tools.
  • Oversee compliance, KYC, HSE, and vendor registrations.
Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 5+ years in a management role within the UAE industrial or oilfield sector.
  • Proven track record in driving business growth (sales results required).
  • Strong network with ADNOC and industrial buyers.
  • Experience leading multi-department teams.
  • Tech-driven mindset with ERP/automation exposure.
  • Max 1-month notice period.
Compensation & Benefits

Salary: AED 15,000 -25,000 (based on experience)

Bonus: Uncapped performance incentives tied to revenue & net profit
