Job summary

A leading hospitality organization in Dubai is seeking a Guest Service professional to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in hotel front office operations, with a strong focus on guest services and effective communication skills. Qualifications

  • Prior experience in hotel front office operations is preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Being an Arabic speaker will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Guest Service function of the resort.
  • Provide prompt courteous and efficient service to all guests.
  • Assist guest in resort activity enquiries/requests.
  • Train, mentor, and coach the Guest Service team.
  • Ensure safety and security of guests' belongings.
