As part of our global expansion, we are entering the Middle East market and are looking for a dynamic and experienced CEO to lead our operations in the region. This role offers a unique opportunity to play a key part in scaling our brand and delivering exceptional customer experiences to businesses and communities across the region.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic development and growth of Wallace Vending LLC in the Middle East.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients in the region.
- Drive business performance by overseeing day-to-day operations, identifying market opportunities, and ensuring financial success.
- Develop and execute marketing, sales, and operational strategies tailored to the Middle East market.
- Provide leadership to a growing regional team and foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and accountability.
- Represent Wallace Vending LLC in high-level meetings, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Work closely with the executive team in the U.S. to ensure alignment with global strategies and objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven track record in senior leadership roles (CEO or equivalent) within the Middle East region.
- Extensive experience in the consumer goods, hospitality, or vending industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of regional markets, customer preferences, and local regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive change and innovation in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English; Arabic fluency is a plus.
