A leading logistics provider in Dubai is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead their Contract Logistics business across the UAE. This senior role involves full P&L responsibility and driving operational excellence, with a focus on multi-site warehousing and distribution operations. The ideal candidate will have significant logistics experience, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to manage large teams effectively.

Qualifications

• 12–18+ years’ experience in logistics and supply chain, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in Contract Logistics.
• Proven track record managing multi-site warehousing and distribution operations in the GCC, preferably the UAE.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience in developing growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Contract Logistics P&L for the UAE.
• Lead multi-site warehousing, distribution, and value-added services operations.
• Develop and execute contract logistics strategy.
