Main Responsibilities
Performs functions which include: answering telephones, chats and emails, provide results via mail, assists patients and clients with questions and/or complaints, resolves internal laboratory specimen problems, acts as a liaison between customers and the laboratory to promote increased customer satisfaction with laboratory services by both successfully answering inquiries/resolving problems and by presenting a positive professional image.
Experience
1) Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in business, computer science, or equivalent experience – medical background is preferable.
2) 2-3 years of experience in the field of Customer Service, Medical Coding, or medical setting environment.
3) Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
4) Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM and helpdesk software.
5) Experience in customer service will be appreciated.
6) Ability to work in a team environment.
7) Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
8) Language Preference-English/Arabic is a plus.
9) Capability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
10) Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays in rotational shifts.
11) UAE Nationals with a family book will only be considered.
