  • Welcome and assist guests, addressing their inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner
  • Handle check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for all guests
  • Manage reservations, including bookings, modifications, and cancellations
  • Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accurate and up-to-date guest records in our computer systems
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions with precision
  • Generate and analyze reports to support management decision-making
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Stay informed about local attractions, events, and services to provide recommendations to guests
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as filing, document preparation, and inventory management
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry is highly desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  • Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Proficiency in data entry and computer skills, including MS Office suite (particularly Excel)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
