Call Center Operator (Part-Time)
Location: Ajman, UAE

As a part-time call center operator, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective customer service to our clients. Your main duty will be to handle incoming calls from customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. This position does not require English language proficiency, making it suitable for non-native English speakers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide accurate information regarding products or services
- Identify and escalate any issues or complaints to the appropriate department
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Maintain a positive attitude towards customers at all times
- Meet personal/team targets and contribute to the overall success of the call center
