We are looking for a resultsdriven and dynamic Event Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating event sales building client relationships and driving revenue for our event company. You will work closely with corporate clients, brands and individuals to secure bookings for corporate events, weddings, exhibitions, concerts and brand activations. If you have a passion for sales and events this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through networking, cold calling and client outreach.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, brands and event organizers.
  • Understand client requirements and present tailored event solutions and packages.
  • Create sales strategies and marketing plans to maximize bookings and revenue.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing and proposals to close deals successfully.
  • Collaborate with the event planning team to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor analysis and market insights.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in event sales, corporate sales, hospitality sales or business development.
  • Strong networking, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
  • Knowledge of event planning, venue management and production services.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, sales tracking and presentation software.
  • Valid driving license and access to a car (preferred) for client meetings and site visits.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in wedding sales, corporate events or experiential marketing.
  • Established client network in the events industry.
