Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Manager - Transformers to join our this role. Responsible for developing and executing the HUB sales strategy in alignment with global objectives, setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and cultivating strong customer relationships to achieve sustainable growth.   • Planning and executing the HUB sales strategy in alignment with global objectives.

  • Monitoring sales performance metrics regularly.
  • Analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Preparing and delivering performance reports to senior management.
  • Identifying growth opportunities among existing customers.

  • Cultivating relationships with key decision-makers in customer organizations.
  • Facilitating effective communication between the supply sales team and customers.

Your background
