Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years in Enterprise B2B sales or account management.
  • Proficient in Arabic language and knowledgeable of Middle East markets.
  • Experience in gas detection or comparable industry preferred.

Responsabilités

  • Renew customer service contracts and follow through to completion.
  • Manage account renewal negotiations, aiming for 90% completion.
  • Establish professional relationships with key personnel in accounts.
  • Develop customer account plans with teams and distribution partners.
  • Look for ways to improve process efficiencies.
