Overview:
The Head of Sales is a pivotal leadership role responsible for developing and executing our overall sales strategy. You will oversee all sales activities, manage, mentor and motivate our sales force, and ensure the team consistently achieves and surpasses ambitious revenue targets. This role requires a strong understanding of the local real estate market, exceptional leadership, and a strategic, analytical mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Planning: Design, develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and business plans to achieve organizational sales goals and revenue.
- Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Managers and Agents, providing training, guidance, and motivation. Set individual and team performance goals (KPIs) and monitor them closely.
- Performance & Reporting: Track, collate, and interpret sales figures and reporting for senior management, preparing forecasts and budgets.
- Market Expertise: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and new business avenues. Maintain an in-depth understanding of the local real estate market and regulations.
- Client Relations: Oversee premium client transactions and participate in complex negotiations, building and maintaining long-term relationships with VIP clients and investors.
- Process Improvement: Ensure effective use of CRM systems and analytical tools to optimize the sales process and enhance client relationship management.
Skills:
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 5–10 years of real estate sales experience in the UAE, with at least 4–5 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Proven track record in managing high-performing teams and achieving multimillion-dirham sales targets.
- Demonstrated experience in hiring, developing, and managing real estate brokers and sales teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning abilities.
- In-depth understanding of Dubai’s off‑plan and luxury real estate market dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills with high‑value clients and investors.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, digital sales platforms, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional appearance and exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English required (Arabic or additional languages is an advantage).
