A leading regional company in Dubai is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to ensure a safe and operational environment. Responsibilities include managing maintenance activities, complying with safety regulations, and enhancing facilities. The successful candidate will have a diploma in technical education and minimum 4 years of experience in maintenance management, demonstrating strong communication and leadership skills. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in maintenance and facilities management.
  • Knowledge of chilled water supply systems and energy transfer stations.
  • Proficiency in using computers and relevant software.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to maintaining the store in 'Shape as new'.
  • Rectify breakdowns and complete work orders.
  • Perform and supervise modifications and renovations.
  • Implement Facility department routines and procedures.
  • Provide a safe work environment adhering to regulations.
  • Manage maintenance activities related to various systems.
