The Marketing Manager will lead all marketing efforts for the company, developing strategies that build brand awareness, drive demand, and support sales growth across consumer, ISP, retail, and business channels. This includes digital, trade, and product marketing.
Required qualification and working knowledge :
- Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the IT, consumer electronics or telecommunication sectors.
- Strong knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing channels, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and content strategy.
- Experience in digital campaign management and brand positioning across B2B and B2C channels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging for various audiences.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and marketing tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, CRM platforms, web analytics tools, and Google Ads.
- Ability to analyze data and apply market research to inform strategy and execution.
- Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills.
POSITION INFO :
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Build and grow the company’s brand visibility across digital platforms, retail channels, and B2B environments.
- Develop and implement channel-specific marketing plans for retailers, ISPs, and distributors.
- Lead all efforts, including social media, SEO, paid media, and website management.
- Manage public relations, media buying, and partnerships to increase brand reach and credibility.
- Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to support data-driven marketing decisions.
- Manage external agencies and vendors across creative, digital, and event marketing functions.
- Develop and execute strategic campaigns with defined performance metrics. Track and report on return on investment (ROI) across digital and channel marketing activities to optimize budget allocation.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute trade shows, retail activations, product launches, and partner events, ensuring brand representation and effective post-event analysis.
- Collaborate with the sales and channel teams to design and implement in-store retail displays, including layout planning, branded fixture placement, and visual merchandising to enhance shopper engagement.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of point-of-sales (POS) materials across retail and reseller channels; ensure optimal merchandising space utilization and alignment with promotional objectives.
- Partner with products, sales, and e-commerce teams to ensure integrated messaging across all consumers and B2B touchpoints.
