Key Focus Areas:

• Financial Oversight:
  Monitor budgets, improve gross profit margins, manage inventory cycles, and control operational costs.
• Operational Excellence:
  Conduct daily floor walks, enforce health & safety, coordinate maintenance, and ensure visual merchandising excellence.
• People Leadership:
  Oversee staffing schedules, training, and foster a high-performance culture of pride and accountability.
• Customer Experience:
  Enhance the in-store journey, support marketing campaigns, and grow the online shopping platform.
