As a Technical Recruiter with a focus on business development, you will own the entire recruitment lifecycle—from acquiring new clients to placing candidates. The role requires a commercially driven individual capable of managing accounts and delivering high-quality recruitment services across tech markets.
The primary focus is on the UK market (~75%), with additional coverage across the US and select European countries including France, Netherlands, Germany, Sweden, Hungary, Poland, and Belgium. No delivery is required in Switzerland. Candidates with experience or working knowledge of these regions, understanding local hiring practices, market dynamics, and cultural nuances, are preferred.
