As a Technical Recruiter with a focus on business development, you will own the entire recruitment lifecycle—from acquiring new clients to placing candidates. The role requires a commercially driven individual capable of managing accounts and delivering high-quality recruitment services across tech markets.

• Business development across assigned territories (UK, EU, US)
• Win and sign new clients within the tech space
• Build, manage, and deliver into your own accounts
• End-to-end recruitment delivery for contract and perm tech roles
• Develop and grow specific tech markets or verticals
• Maintain regular contact with clients and candidates
• Leverage warm leads while actively sourcing cold leads
• Stay updated with market trends and hiring activity within your specialism
• Maintain and grow revenue from self-won accounts

The primary focus is on the UK market (~75%), with additional coverage across the US and select European countries including France, Netherlands, Germany, Sweden, Hungary, Poland, and Belgium. No delivery is required in Switzerland. Candidates with experience or working knowledge of these regions, understanding local hiring practices, market dynamics, and cultural nuances, are preferred.

• Proven experience in a full tech recruitment role
• Strong business development skills and ability to manage the full sales cycle
• Confident in handling warm and cold outreach
• Experience working remotely with minimal oversight
• Track record of billing performance over the past 3 years
• Ability to independently manage accounts and candidates across multiple regions
• Familiarity with UK or EU recruitment markets
• Comfortable in a commission-based environment (eat what you kill model)
