Qualifications

• Located in South Africa with a permanent residence permit or South African ID.
• Must have a fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line.
• Able to handle demanding call center environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with pre & post-flight travel-related queries.
• Interact with international passengers in Italian & English.
• Handle voice calls and written correspondence in German.
