Job summary

A global recruitment agency is seeking a Chinese Speaking Administrative Support for a remotely based role based in South Africa. The successful candidate will provide administrative support using Access Dimensions, handle invoices, ensure effective communication with stakeholders, and possess strong organizational skills. A Matric qualification is required, along with fluency in Chinese and experience in a fast-paced BPO/airline environment. The position can be full-time or part-time, with office training provided.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Chinese is essential.
  • Must have a Matric qualification or higher.
  • Candidates must be based in South Africa.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Capture daily lounge-related correspondence in the Lounge Tracker.
  • Process lounge invoices efficiently and within required deadlines.
  • Validate lounge invoices against visit reports.
  • Resolve queries with stakeholders amicably.
  • Maintain organized documentation and filing of all records.
  • Assist with timely reconciliation of lounge accounts.
