Our client, a manufacturer dedicated to producing high-quality products for outdoor enthusiasts, seeks a skilled and experienced individual to assist the Production Manager in overseeing manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient and timely production.

Support the Production Manager in coordinating daily operations within the printing and sewing departments, ensuring smooth workflow, quality standards, and timely completion of jobs.

1. Assist the Production Manager in coordinating sewing operators, planning, and organizing production schedules.
2. Plan and schedule production orders to meet deadlines and targets.
3. Ensure all processes adhere to quality standards and specifications.
4. Train new employees on sewing techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures.
5. Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents.
6. Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
7. Collaborate with design and quality control departments to ensure seamless processes.
8. Conduct performance evaluations and provide staff feedback.
9. Maintain accurate production records and reports.
10. Supervise machine operators and production staff.
11. Track KPIs and report deviations to the Production Manager.
12. Help implement process improvements to boost productivity and reduce waste.
13. Oversee daily operations of printing and sewing floors.
14. Supervise sewing machine operators, cutters, packers, and print staff.

1. Supervise and motivate night-shift staff, including operators and support staff.
2. Conduct shift briefings, assign tasks, and ensure effective communication.
3. Provide support during production challenges.

1. Ensure products meet quality standards for design, printing, and assembly.
2. Perform regular inspections to maintain high quality.
3. Address defects or inconsistencies promptly.

1. Enforce health and safety regulations.
2. Conduct safety drills and proper handling of hazardous materials.
3. Report accidents and implement corrective measures.

1. Maintain records of output, performance, and attendance.
2. Provide detailed reports to the Operations Manager.
3. Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory checks.

1. Identify workflow optimization opportunities.
2. Collaborate on implementing best practices and innovations.
3. Train staff on new techniques and protocols.

• Qualification in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Production or Sewing Manager in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of sewing and printing techniques and machinery.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of safety regulations in manufacturing.
