End to End Training Ownership : Will be responsible for end-to-end activities including hiring preprocess, process nesting, floor activities related to training.
Should be able to identify Early Warning Signals (EWS), provide feedback, and create a coaching environment for deputy manager trainers and trainees.
Graduate
Minimum 5 years in the training department, with a sound understanding of training functions.
At least 3 years of team management experience.
