A recruiting firm is looking for a French Speaking Customer Service and Sales Representative for a fully remote position. You'll assist an international airline's passengers with various travel-related queries in both French and English. Ideal candidates must possess native-level fluency in French and be located in South Africa. Flexibility in working shifts and a stable internet connection are also required. This role offers fully paid training as part of your onboarding process.

Job Type: Full time/Permanent
Workplace: Fully Remote
Training: Training must be conducted in office for the first 15 weeks (Waterfront)
Working hours: 40 hours per week at 8-9 hours shifts per day - Rotational shifts Mondays – Sundays includes & public holidays as operationally required. Working hours will be sent 2 weeks in advance.
