Our client in the global professional services industry is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to join their team. The successful candidate will play a key role in configuring, customizing, and maintaining the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module, ensuring alignment with the organisation's evolving HR needs and enhancing operational efficiency. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and maintain optimal HR system performance.
What you will do:
- SAP SuccessFactors Configuration and Customisation:
- Configure and customise the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module, focusing on Employee Central Time Off and related workflows.
- Ensure all configurations align with HR processes, policies, and standards.
HR Processes and Workflow Optimisation:- Understand and document HR processes and workflows to develop effective SAP SuccessFactors solutions that improve HR operations.
- Identify opportunities for HR process optimisation and collaborate with HR stakeholders to implement improvements.
Integration Management:- Manage integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems to ensure seamless data flow and efficiency.
- Work with IT and HR teams to troubleshoot and support system integrations.
Technical Issue Resolution:- Provide troubleshooting and support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, resolving system issues promptly.
- Serve as the primary contact for technical queries related to Employee Central.
Continuous Improvement and Alignment:- Contribute to ongoing system improvements by staying informed on updates, best practices, and HR technology trends.
- Work with HR leadership to ensure the system supports strategic HR goals.
Industry Awareness and Trend Monitoring:- Keep abreast of industry trends and SAP SuccessFactors advancements to ensure the system remains innovative and aligned with organizational goals.
- Communicate regularly with HR and IT teams about potential upgrades and enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant, with a focus on Employee Central Time Off configuration and customization.
- Proven experience in HR processes and workflows, with the ability to map business processes into system configurations.
- Experience with integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems, such as payroll and benefits platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for troubleshooting complex technical issues.
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and core modules, especially Time Off.
- Knowledge of HR data structures and integration tools like SAP CPI or Dell Boomi is a plus.
- Advanced data analysis and reporting skills within SuccessFactors or related HRIS systems.
- Ability to analyze complex HR processes and translate them into effective SAP configurations.
- Excellent communication skills for working cross-functionally with technical and HR teams.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality in system configurations.
- Motivated to improve system performance and stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors developments.
