Job Summary

The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting all aspects of HR operations and administration within the organization. This role involves collaborating with management and employees to enhance employee engagement, ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and facilitate effective HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding

Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.

Employee Relations
