Qualifications

• 6-8 years' HR Generalist experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Proven experience in handling CCMA/bargaining council cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide industrial relations support to managers and employees.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Partner with HRBPs on employee development plans.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
• Assist in planning HR events and employee engagement activities.
