- Preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement.
- Support budgeting and forecasting, providing insights into financial performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Assist in the financial analysis to identify trends, variances and potential risks.
- Oversee cost accounting processes, including product costing, variance analysis and cost control initiatives.
- Support in compliance with all relevant accounting standards (IFRS, local GAAP) and local tax regulations. Collaborate with auditors and support internal/external audits.
- Collaborate closely with other departments (e.g., HR, sales) to provide financial insights and support business decisions.
- Exercise professional judgment in performing the tasks assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- 2‑4 years experience in a multinational company, preferably in audit firms.
- Strong understanding of IFRS and advanced Excel skills. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Baan) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
