HR Support Officer - Germiston

POSITION INFO :

We're recruiting! HR Support Officer – Germiston (6–12 Month Contract)

Are you passionate about people and processes? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where your HR expertise makes a real impact? We’re looking for an HR Support Officer to join our client's team in Germiston on a 6 to 12-month contract.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Handle disciplinary processes, poor performance cases, and day-to-day IR matters.
2. Support and contribute to Employment Equity initiatives and compliance.
3. Assist with HR-related reporting and data management.
4. Provide support to HSE activities (no formal qualifications required).
5. Perform general HR administrative duties with accuracy and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For :

• HR qualification will be an advantage, or studying towards one with experience.
• Proven experience in HR support roles.
• Strong understanding of IR and EE practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Local candidates.
