Join our clients dynamic Human Resources division as a Specialist Talent Partner focusing heavily on proactive sourcing and pipeline development. This is a strategic specialist role reporting to the Senior Manager : HR offering a fantastic opportunity to directly influence business outcomes by securing top-tier talent particularly within Sales and Finance domains. You will move beyond reactive recruitment to become a true market expert engaging passive talent and shaping the organizations employer brand in the Durban market. This role offers flexibility and the chance to partner directly with senior business leaders to tackle complex hiring challenges.
Bachelors degree in HR Industrial Psychology Business Management or a related field.
Five to seven years of demonstrated experience in dedicated talent sourcing recruitment or talent acquisition.
Proven track record sourcing across multiple functions with strong exposure to Sales and Finance roles seen as an advantage.
Expert proficiency and proven success using LinkedIn Recruiter ATS platforms and bulk recruitment techniques.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices market dynamics and compliance standards.
Demonstrated ability to build strong consultative partnerships with business stakeholders.
Experience within a recruitment agency or an in-house corporate talent acquisition function.
Exposure to the South African financial services sector or related industries.
Experience managing onboarding processes for new hires.
Proactive solutions driven approach with high attention to detail.
Exceptional communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Resilient highly organised and capable of managing multiple competing priorities at once.
