A global leadership development firm is seeking experienced Leadership facilitators to partner with them in delivering programs for clients in the Industrial Sector. The role involves facilitating workshops, conducting coaching sessions, and guiding competency assessments among Supervisors. Qualificações

We are seeking experienced Leadership facilitators to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to partner with our global firm in the delivery of programs for our clients in this sector.

About our Programmes

Korn Ferry delivers leadership development programmes for Supervisors and Managers in the Industrial Sector. Our programmes include group learning workshops, coaching and assessment feedback to equip Supervisors to strengthen critical competencies in their role. These programmes are delivered on-site, at our client locations.

The purpose of the programmes is to enable this level of leadership to strengthen their leadership capability to drive operational performance, safety, and team engagement.

  • Target Audience: Supervisors in the Industrial Sector, in operational and functional roles, who have a significant impact on operational performance and workforce engagement.
  • Programme Structure: Multi-module, including self-learning, workshops, assessments and coaching, and practical assignments.
Facilitator Responsibilities
  • Facilitate group learning workshops, delivering the bespoke content produced by Korn Ferry for the client organisation.
  • Facilitate group coaching or individual coaching sessions.
  • Guide participants in the assessment process to measure their current level of competencies.
  • Model and reinforce the organisation’s leadership behaviours throughout all interactions.
Qualification and Experience
  • Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in facilitating development programmes at Supervisor level in the Industrial Sector, which have included delivery of both group sessions and coaching.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering training or facilitation for Supervisors in the Mining, Resources, Heavy Industry or related sectors.
  • Experience collaborating with HR, Learning & Development or Organizational Effectiveness teams in large, complex organizations.
  • Familiarity with labour, safety and operational regulations.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage, motivate and challenge participants.
  • Skilled in coaching, group facilitation and managing group dynamics.
  • Ability to reinforce learning through practical tools, routines and in-field application.
  • Comfortable with digital tools for blended or virtual delivery, as well as in-person workshops.
  • Commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion in all learning environments.
  • High emotional intelligence, cultural sensitivity and the ability to create psychologically safe learning spaces.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
Other Critical Requirements
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (verbal and written).
  • Technology Skills: Competence in using digital learning platforms, virtual meeting tools (e.g., MS Teams, Zoom) and online collaboration tools.
  • Availability: Willingness and ability to travel within and outside of South Africa and as required by the programme schedule.
  • Compliance: Commitment to upholding organisations’ safety, ethical and confidentiality standards at all times.
  • References: Ability to provide professional references or testimonials from previous facilitation engagements upon request.
