A leading academic publisher in Cape Town is seeking a full-time HR role to provide essential support to leaders and managers. Responsibilities include aligning HR practices with global strategies, assisting with employee relations, and ensuring compliance with local employment laws. Ideal candidates should have strong strategic partnership experience, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of employment law. The position offers 24 days annual leave, medical aid contributions, and flexible working options from day one.
