JNR MECHANICAL ENGINEER (BSc Eng or Related) - MANUFACTURING Industry

Location: NASREC, Johannesburg, Gauteng

Job Overview: We are seeking a Junior Mechanical Engineer, preferably recent graduates or entry-level candidates, to join our manufacturing team.

1. Design, develop, and optimize mechanical systems, machinery, and production equipment.
2. Analyze manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for efficiency, quality, and cost improvements.
3. Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to troubleshoot mechanical issues.
4. Conduct root cause analyses on mechanical failures.
5. Ensure all mechanical systems comply with safety regulations.
6. Prepare technical documentation, including CAD drawings, process flow diagrams, and maintenance plans.
7. Manage small to medium engineering projects from conception to completion.
8. Liaise with suppliers and contractors for equipment procurement and services.

• BSc in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Entry-level or recent graduate preferred.

• Clean criminal record (verification required).
