Job Description: Business Development Engineer

An internationally established industry company is seeking an exceptional Business Development Engineer to expand its global footprint and market share.

The primary goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales, developing products and solutions, and forging strong client relationships.

You will be at the forefront of the company, dedicated to creating and implementing effective sales strategies.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong drive to pursue and close new business opportunities.

Technical engineering skills and knowledge related to the design and construction of relevant products will be advantageous.

Responsibilities and Duties
  1. Promote the company's products/services, addressing or predicting client objectives
  2. Prepare sales contracts ensuring compliance with legal rules and guidelines
  3. Develop goals for the development team and business growth, ensuring they are met
  4. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, and travel itineraries
  5. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  6. Develop growth strategies focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  7. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  8. Contact potential clients to establish networks and arrange meetings (foreign and domestic)
  9. Identify new markets and improve sales
  10. Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives
  11. Attend conferences, meetings, and industry-related events
