Job summary
A prestigious property developer is seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager in Cape Town. This role requires a quality-focused professional with 8-10 years of experience managing high-end residential estates or similar projects. You will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring quality standards are upheld while managing timelines and budgets. The ideal candidate will hold a relevant BTech or diploma and possess a thorough understanding of luxury construction specifications.
