A residential estate management company in Durban North is seeking a highly skilled Estate Manager to lead operational activities and strategic communication. The role involves overseeing estate operations, managing budgets and contractor performance, and liaising with the Board. - Serve as primary liaison with the Board; prepare professional reports and meeting packs
- Manage all estate operations: security, landscaping, maintenance, contractors
- Oversee budgets, projects, SLA compliance, and contractor performance
- Handle resident relations, disputes, and community communication
- Plan and run AGMs, Board meetings, and estate events
- Lead, coach, and develop administrative staff
- Minimum 5 years estate/property management experience (secure estates preferred)
- Strong written communication and executive reporting ability
- Excellent planning, organisation, and swift implementation skills
- Sound judgment and ability to resolve issues independently
- Experience managing teams and contractors
- Advanced MS Office; valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Communicate clearly and concisely
- Think ahead and plan proactivelyAct quickly once decisions are made

- Handle stakeholders with professionalism and tact
