Job summary

A dynamic Real Estate Company is seeking an experienced property manager in Polokwane. This role involves optimizing trading opportunities, ensuring financial performance, and maintaining positive relationships with tenants, local authorities, and contractors. Candidates should possess strong leadership skills, a proven record in retail or commercial centre management, and proficiency in property management systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and at least 5 to 8 years of experience in a relevant field. Competitive compensation is offered.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 to 8 years in a relevant field, in centre or property management.
  • Proven experience managing retail or commercial centres.
  • Strong financial and operational management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage centre inspections and tenant liaison on a daily basis.
  • Ensure compliance with OHS and maintain tenant records.
  • Conduct market assessments for income and expense control.
  • Implement planned maintenance programs and manage contractors.
  • Negotiate leases and renewals with tenants.
