A local racing venue in Cape Town is seeking a dedicated Track Estate Manager to maintain the racetrack and ensure it meets international safety standards. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years' experience in a similar role and strong skills in leadership, planning, and problem-solving. Responsibilities include overseeing track maintenance, employee management, and ensuring the facility is prepared for race meetings. This role emphasizes attention to detail and effective communication with the team.
The newly revamped Hollywoodbets Cape Racing, Kenilworth racing venue has an exciting role available! We are looking to hire a suitably qualified and experienced Track Estate Manager to join our passionate and dedicated team.
The primary purpose of the job is to maintain the racetrack to ensure it is safe for customers and functional according to international standards. In addition, the Track Estate Manager will ensure that the estate is maintained and cleaned. The Track Estate Manager will report to the Racing Manager.
Required Experience: Minimum 5–7 years' experience in a similar role.
Required Qualification(s): Matric is required. A related Diploma or Degree would be advantageous.
