Estate Manager jobs in Malaysia

Our client, a small to medium market leader in the building and construction industry, specializing in medium to large new residential and commercial building projects, is seeking to employ a qualified and experienced Construction Manager with high proficiency in site administration to join their growing company in the Winelands.

1. Completed a degree in Construction Management.
2. 5-8 years of experience managing building project sites, specifically in luxury residential and commercial sectors.
3. Proven experience in planning, management, cost and budget control, SHEQ management, and compliance with quality, policy, labor, and legislation standards.
4. Solid experience in managing sites according to client specifications and contract obligations, ensuring high-standard materials and subcontractor agreements.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and effective communication to lead teams and liaise with clients.
6. Flexibility to travel if needed.
7. Exceptional interpersonal skills, leadership qualities, and ability to perform under high pressure while meeting international standards.

Please note that this role requires experience in constructing high-end and luxury residential and commercial buildings, as well as excellent organizational and administrative skills.
