Are you an experienced Site Supervisor with a strong background in HVAC operations and people leadership?

We’re looking for a hands‑on and results‑driven HVAC Site Supervisor to oversee the supervision, coordination, and delivery of HVAC Services at key client sites (single or multiple). If you’re passionate about technical excellence, operational efficiency, and developing strong teams, this role offers the opportunity to make a real impact within our growing organisation.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES)

As a Site Supervisor, you’ll take ownership of the operations of a site, ensuring efficiency, cost control, and client satisfaction:

  • Technical Oversight – Supervise and coordinate HVAC maintenance, servicing, and repairs, ensuring high‑quality technical delivery on single/multiple sites.
  • Operations Management – Manage daily site operations, preventative maintenance schedules, job lists, and subcontractor performance.
  • Client Engagement – Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and company standards are consistently met.
  • People Leadership – Lead, motivate, and develop technical teams; oversee performance reviews, training, and disciplinary processes.
  • Financial Control – Monitor budgets, site costs, and job profitability; ensure accurate reporting and financial compliance.
  • Compliance & Safety – Ensure adherence to all Health & Safety standards, QMS procedures, and company compliance requirements.
  • Reporting & Administration – Generate accurate reports, maintain site documentation, and ensure records are complete and compliant.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experience:
  • 5–10 years’ HVAC/technical industry experience.
  • At least 3 years post‑trade experience as a qualified Airconditioning/Refrigeration Technician.
  • Proven track record in managing SLAs, budgets, and technical teams.
  • Experience working with SLAs, quality control standards, and risk mitigation strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Matric / Grade 12.
  • Trade qualification as Refrigeration/Airconditioning Technician/Mechanic (essential).
  • Registered Gas Practitioner with SAQCC (mandatory).
  • National Diploma / BTech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent N2–N6 (advantageous).
  • Valid driver’s licence (essential).

  • Deep understanding of HVAC system, maintenance, operations, repairs and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to drive projects to completion, meeting time, cost, and quality targets.

  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, maintenance, and repair.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Financial and budget management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report writing.
  • High resilience, problem‑solving ability, and attention to detail.
