Clanwilliam Area – Western Cape: The role of the Estate Manager is to oversee a residential estate with 2 gardeners and general maintenance and assist with a boat rental garage small business and the partner will be responsible for the housekeeping for main house.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Manager

• Grade 12.
• Minimum of 3 years previous maintenance management experience.
• Plumbing & electrical maintenance experience.
• Previous orchard experience big plus – oversee 2 gardeners and general maintenance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be hardworking, honest and punctual.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• Valid driver’s license.

Partner

• Grade 12.
• Computer literate.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience with Servicing of rooms and communal area including the outside areas of the property.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong proven management skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
