Job summary

A reputable estate agency in Cape Town is seeking a detail-oriented Office Manager who is experienced in ensuring smooth daily operations and effective employee management. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of office management experience, be proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, and possess strong organizational and multitasking abilities. This role includes responsibilities such as managing cash flow statements, invoicing, and ensuring compliance with FICA regulations. Training will be provided as necessary.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth daily operations and effective employee management.
  • Administer collection of debit orders and check for late payments.
  • Maintain cash flow statements and upload bank statements.
  • Handle invoicing for commission and other payments.
  • Calculate VAT inputs and liaise with accountants.
