A leading health-focused organization in Gqeberha is seeking a Service Consultant for Chronic Servicing. The role involves managing queries regarding Chronics and HIV, assisting various stakeholders, and performing administrative tasks. Candidates should be self-motivated, team players with excellent communication skills, and have a minimum of 50% in relevant subjects. The environment is fast-paced, requiring organization and attention to detail. This position offers an opportunity to make a real impact within the community.
Qualifications
- Minimum 50% in English, Maths / Maths Literacy or Accounting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Contact centre consultant experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Handle calls and resolve queries related to Chronics and HIV.
- Respond to questions from franchises, brokers, and the public.
- Conduct administrative functions and policy changes.

- Taking calls and dealing with Discovery queries;
- Dealing with queries from franchises, brokers & the public;
- Dealing with all queries related to Chronics and HIV
- Dealing with all queries through to resolution;
