Working hours must overlap with EST business hours (9am - 5pm EST) for at least five hours each day. For this role, since this is client facing, we expect team members to be available 9am - 5pm EST (New York Time).
Account Management Department
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Web Development Account Manager to lead the coordination of web development projects from the sales process through to final delivery. This role is the bridge between our sales team, internal business units, project execution teams, and our valued clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web development processes and terminology, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects effectively. This position also includes advising on hiring and vendor engagement, managing a small number of retainer clients, and overseeing relationships with white‑label partners.
