- Strategic Vision: Set a clear vision to transform the company into a scalable digitally driven enterprise. Prioritize key initiatives such as digitizing customer onboarding, improving margins, driving sales growth and launching new products.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee all operations, drive efficiency, spearhead customer growth and market expansion, optimize customer acquisition costs and elevate retention rates.
- Systems Modernization: Lead the modernization of current systems and enforce disciplined cost management.
- Team Leadership: Build high-performing teams and foster a transparent results-driven culture.
- Partnerships & Growth: Forge strategic partnerships and explore regional growth opportunities aligned with the company’s employer-led business model.
- 8 years of executive experience in a high-growth business. Experience in industries such as fintech telco / comms IT or outsourcing is highly advantageous but not a requirement.
