Compliance Supervisor – Packhouse
Job summary
A reputable educational institution in Limpopo is seeking a Compliance Supervisor for their packhouse operation. The position involves ensuring compliance with regulatory and food safety standards while driving process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a Matric certificate and HACCP or BRCGS certification, along with 2–3 years of experience in a compliance role within a food processing environment. This is a permanent position with a strong focus on maintaining quality and compliance.

The Compliance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring adherence to regulatory, food safety, and internal standards within a packhouse environment. The role supports the continuous improvement of processes to meet market, customer, and audit requirements while promoting a culture of compliance and quality.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- HACCP or BRCGS certification
- 2–3 years’ experience in a compliance role within a packhouse or food processing environment
- Experience with food safety audits and standards
